AHS Leads Pilot School Effort
MCHSnet leverages to 21st century learning platforms in order to support the mission of Model Continuation High Schools and the larger Educational Options community in California.During the 2007-2008 academic year, Aurora High School will participate in the MCHSnet pilot project. The pilot aims to:
- Increase student achievement through the use of performance-based learning and assessment;
- Create meaningful connections between the mastery of state standards and credit award for students; and
- Foster engaging 21st century learning environments both in and out of school.
